Bowenwork (Also known as Bowtech)
A gentle and effective manual therapy that balances tension patterns in the
body, resulting in a state of deep relaxation. Bowenwork affects

heal itself from acute injuries and chronic conditions. Bowenwork is useful
in treating asthma and respiratory ailments.

Lymph Drainage Therapy
A gentle manual technique used to aid in the recirculation of the lymphatic flow. LDT is used to activate fluid circulation and stimulate the functioning of the immune system and
para-sympathetic nervous system. LDT helps in many conditions such as the reduction in edemas of many origins; elimination of toxins; induction of deep relaxation to aid in decreasing stress, insomnia, and depression; regeneration of burned, scarred and wrinkled tissue; and improvement of venous conditions. It can also help relieve headaches, chronic pain, and symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and
fibromyalgia.
Massage Cupping
Use of suction to drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen and lift
connective tissue, bring blood flow to adhesions , stagnant skin and
muscles and stimulate the peripheral nervous system. Beneficial treatment
to reduce cellulite by improving circulation, reduce toxins, loosen
adhesions or 'dimpling.'

Anti-Stress
Back Facial with Back Massage
Helps relieve stress, sore muscles, aches and pains. Treatment begins with an exfoliating scrub to remove dry skin. Clay or mud is applied to the back and shoulders, followed by a relaxing back massage.
Aromatherapy
Uses the essential oils of aromatic plants and trees to promote health, well-being and peace of mind. Essential oils help in the relaxation process.
Aromatherapy Foot Treatment
Begins by soaking your tired, aching feet in a relaxing foot bath with therapeutic essential oils, followed by a
reflexology treatment.
Detoxification Foot Bath
Remove toxins from the body with the ionCleanse® or Aqua-ChiTM detoxifying foot bath. Treatments have been found to reduce pain and swelling, and can be effective in reducing candida and harmful chemicals.
Increase the effectiveness of the detox by combining with massage, Bowenwork
or Reflexology.
Dry Brushing
Exfoliates the body with a brisk dry brushing that leaves the skin smooth and glowing.
Dry Brushing also stimulates circulation and the lymphatic systems. Its
recommended before any wraps to increase effectiveness of treatment.
Facial Toning Hydrotherapy Treatment
Formerly known as "Face Lift Facial Massage & Hydrotherapy,"
this technique uses muscle toning massage or lymphatic drainage therapy techniques to promote a vibrant complexion and combat the effects of stress and aging. Increases circulation and improves skin tone. Oils, lotions and creams can be used to exfoliate, moisturize and soften the skin to give you a more youthful
look.
Session includes hand and foot massage, warm towels, and finishes with a little neck massage. Just a little bit of heaven!
Lypossage
An all-natural, non-invasive body contouring treatment. Figure imbalances such as cellulite, bulges on the thighs or abdomen, and areas prone to sagging respond readily to this specific blend of massage techniques, which includes lymphatic drainage and deep tissue release. In cleansing the body of retained fluids and toxins, lypossage can also enhance energy and mental clarity.
Paraffin Bath
For hands, feet and spot treatments. Reduces swelling in muscles and decreases inflammation of joints and connective tissues.
Softens and moisturizes skin. Warm paraffin creates a heat-maintaining barrier over the skin that holds the heat for 10-15 minutes. The heat causes the pores of the skin to open, generates perspiration (like a mini-sauna) and allows moisturizers and essential oils to penetrate into the skin more readily.
Raindrop Treatment
An aromatherapy technique that uses essential oils along the spine.
